You do not need a license to start talking with us. Utah requires 120 hours of pre-licensing education, and you can complete it online for free through ARTI Academics. While you study, a Banner mentor is in your corner so you finish the course, pass the exam, and start your career with a plan.

I am not licensed yet. Can I still reach out?

Yes. You can take Utah's required 120-hour pre-licensing course online for free through ARTI Academics, and a Banner mentor can support you while you study and prepare for the exam. State exam and licensing fees still apply. When you are licensed, you start in Launch with the full support package.

How do I know which tier I would start in?

We look at your current production, your book of business, and how much support you will actually use. Tier placement is a conversation, not a label, and it is something we decide together on the first call.

How do I move up a tier?

As your production grows, your split improves. We will lay out exactly what you need to accomplish to reach the next tier so the path is clear from day one.

Do I need a sphere of influence to join?

No. You do not need a sphere on day one. You need a pipeline, a mentor, and a system. Launch is built for exactly that stage, with team-funded ad spend, an AI dialer, a peer mentor, and an accountability partner.

How do the caps work?

Every tier has two caps on what goes to the team: a per-transaction cap and a total cap. Launch is $10,000 per transaction and $40,000 total, Momentum $8,000 and $35,000, Established $5,000 and $29,000, Elite $3,000 and $27,000, and Independent $500 and $15,000. Once you reach them, you keep more of what you earn. A bonus program for capping agents is coming soon.

Is transaction coordination really included?

Yes. Full admin and transaction coordination are included for Launch, Momentum, Established, and Elite. Independent agents can add it for $99 per deal.

Are team meetings required?

Weekly team meetings are part of Launch, Momentum, and Established. They are voluntary for Elite and Independent agents.

What brokerage would I hang my license with?
